Rain Check Policy

It must be raining at Adventure Outdoors on the morning of your float; and if it is still raining at 12:00 noon, you will be issued a rain check, at our discretion based on availability.  If it stops raining at Adventure Outdoors before 12:00 noon, no rain checks will be issued.  This policy will be strictly adhered to. Cloudy conditions or rainy forecasts do not warrant rain checks.  Sorry no cash refunds.  Our floats can be easily finished by putting in after 12:00 noon.  Please remember, just because it is raining in your area, our weather conditions may be much better.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

We can and do run out of rafts, canoes, kayaks, etc on Saturdays sometimes during June, July & August.  By making your reservations as early as possible, you assure yourself of having a boat available.  An advance payment of the total cost of the boat & or camping is required.  If we don't receive your deposit within 10 days, we will assume you aren't coming and will take your name out of our reservation book without notice.  To avoid losing your deposit in case of a change or cancellation, a 10 day notice prior to the float or camping date is required. This policy will be strictly adhered to.  If 10 days advance notice for cancellation is given, your deposit will be refunded less a $10 service charge.  If no notice is given your entire deposit will be lost.   For any group, we must be contacted before Saturday morning if even one boat cancels so we can re-rent the boat.  Do not wait until Saturday morning to notify us, or payment in full for cancelled boat will be required.  PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

Safety & Liability

We work very hard to assure that you have a safe trip, but you must understand that floating in any of our watercraft, or being shuttled in our vehicles, or camping in our campground includes some elements of danger.  We will not assume any responsibility for property loss or damage, personal injury or medical payments.  You will participate at your own risk and  must acknowledge this by signing a liability waiver before floating or camping with Adventure Outdoors.
